About Exton British Academy
Exton British Academy provides premium online English literacy programmes for children aged 5–11, delivered by UK-qualified primary school teachers. Our programmes are designed for international students, with a particular focus on students based in China.
Our Services
We offer two types of provision:
Group Programmes — Six 60-minute live online lessons delivered in small groups of no more than four students, following a structured British literacy curriculum. Fee: ¥2,950 per student per 6-week programme.
Individual Tuition — One-to-one lessons tailored to the individual needs of each child, including preparation for school assessments and British school entry. Fee: ¥750 per hour.
How to Purchase
All enquiries are handled directly through WeChat or via our website contact form. Following an initial consultation, fees are confirmed and payment is arranged before lessons begin.
Payment Methods
Exton British Academy accepts payment via the following methods:
All fees are quoted and payable in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Payment must be received in full before the first lesson of any programme or individual tuition block.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation before the programme begins: A full refund will be issued if written notice is given at least 48 hours before the first scheduled lesson.
Cancellation after the programme has begun: Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for any remaining undelivered lessons, provided at least 48 hours written notice is given before the next scheduled lesson.
No refund will be issued for lessons missed without notice, or for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
Individual lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Rescheduling
We will always endeavour to reschedule lessons where possible. Please contact us via WeChat as soon as possible if you need to change a lesson time.
